Better to leave this to browser extensions aimed to productivity in general or use browser that already supports this.

Vivaldi is chromium based browser that has native support for that for years, I am using it as my 2nd browser personally and probably we won't made better than browsers could do it, and we will lose time to make and maintain something that is more productivity thing that should be handled at browser level as you could use this for other daily tasks also
