I think it would be nice to have the option to either
a) disable the HS page offset and use the values from BD global options,
b) have the ability to set diffrent offset per media query, or
c) at least change the units from pixels to vw or %
Why?
In my opinion 20px is not enough for smaller laptop screens, but a higher value would be too much for phone screens.

I often use 5% for larger devices and 1 or 2% for smaller devices.
